EASY WAY PRODUCTS ANNOUNCES DAVID LUEDER AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

CINCINNATI, OHIO, July 2026 — Easy Way Products today announced the appointment of David Lueder as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Lueder succeeds Jon Randman, who will transition to the role of Executive Chairman after more than 30 years leading the company.

Lueder has served as President of Easy Way Products and has played an instrumental role in shaping the company’s operational strategy, customer relationships, growth initiatives, and long-term business development efforts.

“This transition has been years in the making,” said Jon Randman. “Dave has been at the forefront of our most important strategic initiatives and has demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout his tenure. He has earned this role, and I have complete confidence in his ability to lead Easy Way into the future.”

As Executive Chairman, Randman will remain actively involved in supporting the company’s strategic direction and advising its leadership team.
