Yes, we have fully functional drop-ship capabilities, and provide this vital service for many of our customers.
Our standard lead times are 14 days from receipt of order for drop ship orders, and 30 day lead times for stock orders. Lead times are subject to supply chain constraints.
Yes, Easy Way currently manages COM business for many of our customers as a service in return for their larger stock, drop, and special order business.
Easy Way can develop cushion and seat back specs tailored to the specific piece by using CAD design, technical specs, or even via reverse engineering.
Easy Way’s factories are based in Mexico, with distribution and warehousing facilities in Texas.
Easy Way can manage customers’ fabric needs directly with their chosen mill based on provided projections, thereby eliminating the need to carry expensive inventory on their books and in their warehouses. Customers ultimately maintain liability for fabrics they may choose to drop or discontinue.
